Other HOAs

In addition to the Canterwood Homeowners Association, a number of smaller associations were formed within the CW-HOA during the development of the community. These associations have their own Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR), Bylaws, and Boards of Directors. Additional homeowner’s assessments and utility charges may apply.
