ACC

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is established by Article VIII of the Amended and Restated Bylaws and is further defined in Section VIII of the CC&Rs.  The ACC provides oversight of all resident proposals for construction and/or requests for modification to their property. In order to continue to serve the needs of Canterwood HOA residents as efficiently as possible, ACC applications may be submitted via email to the HOA office. cwhoa@hoacommunitysolutions.com
 Diagrams and other supporting documentation can be included with the email by attaching files.  If you have questions or need assistance with your application, please contact the HOA Office at 253-851-6158.
