RFID Tag Distribution

We encourage residents to make an appointment as soon as possible to avoid a crush when the Gate Clickers are de-activated and the RFID tags are the only way to open the gates.  Appointment times are available in 15 minute time slots Monday-Thursday from 9:15am to 4:00pm at the HOA office. We do plan on eventually adding some appointment times later in the evening and on Fridays and weekends to accommodate residents’ work schedules as well.
 
Prior to your appointment, residents must have their Gate Key account set up and complete with the following information:
  1. Call-in PIN
  2. Phone Contact
  3. E-mail Address
  4. Emergency Contact
  5. Vehicle Information – Complete all fields for each household vehicle for which you desire a tag
If assistance is needed with Gate Key, see the information on the website or call the HOA office at 253-851-6158.
 
Please bring the following items with you to your RFID Tag appointment:
  1. Copies of vehicle registrations for all household vehicles for which you desire tags.
  2. Payment of $15 per tag.   We accept checks payable to Canterwood HOA or credit/debit cards. RFID tags will not be issued without full payment.
  3. Face masks are required to be worn inside the HOA office due to COVID precautions.
We thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we work through this distribution process.  We have thousands of tags to process and distribute and the complete roll out will likely take several months.  At any point, if you have questions, concerns or need help with either Gate Key or to schedule an appointment, please call the HOA office for assistance.  Thank you!
