You are welcome to stop by the HOA office to pick up appropriate forms and checklists to be used for requesting A.C.C. review of building plans and/or modifications, purchase gate clickers, register vehicles and ask questions.
Forms can also be found on our website (to the left), this includes: Tree Removal Request, A.C.C. Checklist, Building Condition Agreement, Variance Request, Contractor Confidential Qualifications, Remodel Application, Vehicle Registration and Vacation Check forms.
The Homeowners Office is open Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
After business hours you can leave us a message at (253) 851-6158 and we will return your call A.S.A.P. or you can email your questions to Holly Miller, the HOA Operations Manager at hoaoffice@centurytel.net.
If you have an emergency please call Canterwood Security at (253) 851-8592 and they will page the Operations Manager for you.
