Flyer boxes are for official Canterwood Homeowners Association and Canterwood Golf and Country Club use, hereinafter called “Club”.
No commercial or third party uses are permitted with out express written consent of the Board of Directors. All requests to the Board of Directors shall be submitted through the Operations Manger or Board.
Homeowners Association submittals for the flyer boxes must be approved by the Operations Manager.
Any “Club” Flyer is approved with notification to the Operations Manager and Board of Directors.
“Club” flyer copies shall be supplied by the “Club” at their expense.
Flyer distribution shall be scheduled with the Homeowners Association Operations Manager according to their scheduling preferences.
Homeowners Association will distribute the Club flyers if preferred.
The Homeowners Association shall maintain the flyer boxes. “Old” flyers will be removed by the Association as needed.
Flyers must be a full sheet (8 ½ x 11), half sheets are not permitted.
Any unauthorized use of the flyer boxes is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
