Dear Canterwood Homeowners,
With summer behind us, and fall almost over we all want to stay inside and keep warm. Before you go in, please remember to put summer things away, rake leaves and tidy up for the winter. If you are a snow bird, please make sure to have someone keep your place picked up through the winter. Canterwood is a beautiful place during winter, but leaves and branches on and around your property need to be taken care of.
Just a reminder to dog owners/walkers. Please pick up after your sweet dogs and take the bagged packages with you. A few residents don't, this is not good for our neighborhood. Considerate pet owners take care of their pets in every way. They do not leave poops or piles of bags around the neighborhood.
The Canterwood Domestic Animal Policy states: Animal owners are required to have in their possession equipment necessary to remove fecal matter when off the owners property. Animal owners shall not allow their animals to defecate on the property of others. This includes Canterwood common areas. If their animals do so, that owner shall remove the fecal matter and deposit it in his or her own garbage.
If you witness an individual not picking up after their pet or disposing of poop bags along common area or personal property, please notify security so the matter can be addressed.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Let's hope for mild weather and few wind storms.
Sincerely,
The Canterwood Architectural Control Committee
