THURSDAY, MAY 30th @ 10:00am at the HOA Office
Date of Sale: Saturday, July 13, 2019, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Fee: $75.00 Cash or 2 Checks, one for $50 and one for $25. $50 is refundable upon proper disposal of items in your rented spot. This is to ensure that items that are not "donatable" are not left behind leaving the HOA to pay for the disposal of your items. Refunds will be based on the Resident Volunteers confirmation that the spots are cleaned and no items are left behind. You will be given a receipt from the resident volunteer indicating that you are entitled to a refund. Bring your receipt into the HOA office to redeem your refund.

- Spaces are FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE
- Payment must be made to reserve your space
- PLEASE, No emails or Phone calls to the HOA office to reserve your space. You must come to the HOA office to sign up
- Sale will occur, rain or shine; bring a Pop Up if you have one
- Peacock Hill Gate (Homeowner's Office Parking Lot)
- 5:00 am - 8:15 am for all spaces
- 8:30 am - ALL VEHICLES OUT OF SALE AREA NO EXCEPTIONS
- The HOA is not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Canterwood residents may preview; please do not come before 8:00am to allow time for set up
